The standardized configuration of the inert gas breathed spectrometer optics and optimization of frequently requested analysis applications makes the instrument attractive. At the same time, the Belec Lab 3000s offers high-performance and accuracy to the user.Together with other accessories, the instrument presents a real unit and is an interesting alternative to conventional bulky stationary systems.IS 13IS 14IS 15The integrated spectrometer, containing the latest state-of-the-art 5GSO System, designed by belec engineers, allows the usage of any ideal spectral lines without any compromise.From now on the daily recalibration procedure belongs to history. Adapters

Belec offers a wide range of adapters for nearly every sample shape and size. Without a special sample preparation, various pieces such as pipes, wires from 0.5 mm, metal splinters, screws and even small balls can be analysed. Inform yourself about our special adapters for wires, tubes and small parts. Additionally, our application engineers are happy to provide solutions for your specific tasks.

IS Adapter wireThe Belec IN-SPECT has got a sparking stand as bearing area for the sample to be analysed. In case that by sample size and shape the opening of the argon-flushed measuring chamber is not covered, there are suitable adapters available. They ensure the best possible analysis accuracy. With the centering prism, the corresponding adapters can be fixed on the sparking stand.With our set of wire adapters you can analyse wires of a diameter from 2mm to 12mm in intervals of 0,5mm. Here, wires are clamped into the adapter vertically. The centering prism fixes the adapter at the sparking stand to grant an optimum testing situation.Small wires up to a diameter of 0,5mm or from 0,5mm to 2mm diameter can be analysed with the help of adapters. The wires are clamped in horizontally and can be tested without problems.
IS Adapter tube 1Tube adapters with standardized outside diameter are available in different sizes. The different adapters can easily be replaced and therefore offer maximum flexibility to the operator.




IS Adapter Small PartsThe special small part adapter can be used e.g. for the analysis of globes. By the use of a special vacuum system for sample fixing inside of the adapter, even a reliable small part analysis is possible.The special sparking table suits for the most different applications. Small parts with a minimum diameter of 4mm can be analysed by the use of special inserts. A very robust ceramic insert is used for samples of small cross-sections.For instruments with several bases, we recommend e.g. the sparking stand with stainless steel insert. By use of the insert, the memory-effect can be reduced.

Here, Belec Win 21 software has access to an integrated alloy data bank where more than 100,000 grades can be stored.

Options of Documentation

CP Soft 4Keep your records very easy at the touch of a button! The analysis values can be displayed, printed out or saved according to the norm. You have the possibility to generate analysis certificates and hold it in your hands within short time or save it in your local network via Ethernet connection.

Quick Mix-Up Checking
